There is no contact form here — a form would mean collecting your details on a site that currently collects nothing. Email works better anyway, and you keep a copy of what you sent.

Common requests

Delete my account and data

Email string-support@doitandbedone.com from the address on your account and say you want it deleted. We confirm within 30 days. Reminders stored only on your device are removed when you uninstall — those never reach us in the first place.

Send me a copy of my data

Same address. We will send your reminders and account record in a machine-readable format, within 30 days.

Stop collecting analytics about me

Nothing to do — String has no analytics. There is no usage tracking and no advertising SDK in the app, so there is nothing running to switch off. If you would also rather not send crash reports, email us and we will note your objection.

Reporting a security issue

Please email string-support@doitandbedone.com with the details, and give us a reasonable window to fix it before disclosing publicly.

We are a small team, so replies can take a few days. Anything involving your legal rights over your data is answered within 30 days, as the law requires.
